Job summary

RBC is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex AI-enabled programs in Toronto. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coach Agile teams, and ensure governance and stakeholder alignment across technology, business, and platforms.

You bring 10+ years of cross-functional delivery, strong Agile/Scrum expertise, and excellent communication to influence senior leadership and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

10+ years delivering complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end.
Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and coaching experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven risk management and financial forecasting abilities.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs with tight timelines.
Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and scope; remove bottlenecks.
Engage stakeholders across technology and business units; report progress.
Evaluate AI opportunities and pilot solutions with governance.
Lead cross-functional teams in defining specs and integration points.
Coach Agile teams; facilitate Scrum ceremonies and best practices.
Forecast and track expenditures; ensure transparent reporting.
