Job summary

RBC is seeking a Lead Project Manager to steer strategic initiatives across its enterprise DevOps ecosystem, including AI-powered delivery. You will coordinate with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Finance, Change Management, Architecture, Risk, and Security to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new tooling and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field or higher.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with Agile, DevOps, and Change Management.
• Strong background in software development, cloud computing, AI trends, and automation.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies, risk management, scheduling and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of AI and DevOps platform initiatives (CI/CD, tooling, automation).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product management, security, and ops.
• Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Develop delivery plans and coordinate cross-team alignment with platform roadmap priorities.
