Job summary
RBC is seeking a Lead Change Management Specialist in Toronto to own enterprise change delivery for DevOps & EA initiatives, AI adoption telemetry, agentic readiness, and the AI champion network. This senior individual contributor role operates with independence and partners with PMO, Finance and Platform Integration to drive a complex technology transformation.
The incumbent will lead change strategy across enterprise AI-enabled software delivery, align readiness gates, and ensure measurable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of change management experience in technology or financial services.
- Ability to deliver change independently with governance
- Experience embedding change management into agile/iterative delivery
- Strong data literacy to interpret adoption signals and quantify impact
- Executive-ready communication skills for VP-level forums
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end change delivery for DevOps & EA initiatives
- Conduct change readiness assessments before major go-lives
- Plan readiness activities into delivery schedules from day one
- Track adoption friction, act on signals within 10 business days
- Escalate readiness gaps that risk delivery or finances
- Manage AI adoption telemetry and productivity capacity reporting
- Partner with HR, Talent, and Corporate Communications on people change components
