Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Director, AI Business Enablement, to lead AI-driven transformation across a major domain. You will set the vision, build the opportunity pipeline, and secure executive alignment from ideation to program handoff.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, technology, AI/ML product development, or a combination thereof.
• Track record of building AI or technology-driven solutions that delivered material business impact.
• Executive gravitas and strong communication with senior leaders (SVP+).
• Experience in process re-engineering or business model redesign enabled by technology or data.
• Experience partnering with technical teams to translate requirements into solutions and ensure delivery.
• Consultative problem-solving approach for ambiguous problems and rapid action.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Executive partnership with senior business leaders to co-develop AI-enabled transformation vision.
• Originate and prioritize a rigorous AI transformation pipeline with quantified value hypotheses.
• Develop innovative AI solution concepts and validate them through rapid PoC cycles.
• Re‑engineer business models and processes with an AI-enabled lens.
• Collaborate on business case development, go-to-market strategy, and program framing.
• Ensure alignment between transformation ambition and technical delivery across teams.
• Identify cross-enterprise patterns and reuse opportunities in multi‑LOB programs.
• Lead and develop a small team of leaders aligned to sub‑segments within your domain.
