Job summary

Elastic is hiring a Demand Generation Coordinator, Customer Marketing to create and manage campaigns across paid and owned channels focused on existing customers. You will drive adoption, expansion, and renewals within our global customer base using AI-enabled GTM strategies.

You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and use telemetry signals to scale impact. A strong background in lifecycle nurture, ABM, and CRM tools is required.

Qualifications

• Solid background in email marketing building lifecycle nurture and trigger programs.
• Highly responsive and collaborative, with the ability to communicate program status and performance clearly across teams.
• Genuinely integrate AI in your day-to-day work, whether you’ve already built automated or AI-assisted workflows or are clearly heading in that direction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated demand generation campaigns across the customer lifecycle using email, paid media, webinars, and ABM channels.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery from planning to optimization and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Email, Marketing Operations, Renewals and Sales teams.
• Translate product and consumption signals into prescriptive campaigns that reach the right customers.
