This hands-on role requires comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs, ads platforms, reporting dashboards, and AI tools. You will work across channels, optimize funnel metrics, and support a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, analytics, business operations, or a related role.
• Experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager: setting up tags, triggers, and events.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience building email marketing and lead nurture campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Daily user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Assist in developing landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
• Support organic and paid growth initiatives across multiple channels.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Research companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
• Support outbound sales initiatives through list development and data enrichment.
• Maintain CRM data quality and assist with pipeline management activities.
• Support the sales team in identifying target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Build and optimize email nurture sequences for prospects and customers.
• Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Analyze email performance and recommend improvements to engagement and conversion metrics.
• Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, pricing, and product developments.
• Develop competitive intelligence reports to support sales and marketing strategy.
• Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Analyze marketing, website, pipeline, and revenue performance.
• Help identify growth opportunities and areas of funnel leakage.
• Track and report on key SaaS growth metrics including: Website traffic, Lead generation, MQL conversion rates, Pipeline creation, Customer acquisition, and Self-serve product performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, reporting, content creation, analysis, and campaign execution.
• Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI platforms to improve productivity and decision making.
• Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for marketing, sales, and reporting activities.
• Utilize AI to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Continuously explore new AI tools and techniques that improve efficiency, accuracy, and output quality.
