Job summary

TD Bank seeks a Manager, AI and Automation Initiatives to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-priority transformation work across CPB COO and Operations. You will translate strategic objectives into MVP scope, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with business, technology, risk, governance, and delivery teams to ensure practical use cases, feasible delivery, and alignment to enterprise standards, while guiding stakeholders through MVP delivery and benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in large, complex transformation programs.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow digitization, or technology-enabled business transformation.
• Experience with CPB, COO, Operations, BECS, KYC, AML, control testing, monitoring, or regulatory transformation initiatives is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, and execution of AI and automation initiatives across CPB COO and Operations, including BECS.
• Partners with business, technology, risk, governance, and operational stakeholders to translate priorities into MVP scope and delivery plans.
• Supports the definition, refinement, and validation of use cases to ensure alignment to business value and delivery readiness.
• Helps assess and prioritize opportunities based on process complexity, control requirements, and expected benefits.
• Coordinates cross-functional sessions to drive clarity on requirements, dependencies, risks, and open questions.
• Develops initiative roadmaps, MVP sequencing, and fast-follow release considerations.
• Tracks delivery progress, milestones, scope changes, risks, and dependencies for transparent reporting.
• Develops executive-ready materials and supports decision making at senior levels.
• Supports benefit realization planning with success criteria and operational metrics.
