Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead AI-enabled solutions that boost colleague productivity. You will establish the product vision, roadmap, outcomes and a prioritized backlog for supported products, aligning PDLC/SDLC, DevSecOps, and enterprise integrations with risk controls.

You will collaborate with customers, operations, engineering, business analysts and control partners to translate operational needs into valuable product capabilities,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and / or product certificate.
• 7+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years Product Manager, Product Owner or Agile related delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning the vision, roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for complex technology-enabled products.
• Experience leading continuous discovery and translating complex customer and operational needs into product direction.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, facilitation, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for AI-enabled operational capabilities.
• Lead continuous discovery with customers and stakeholders and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Provide user story design, development and completion oversight; accept/reject stories per Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria.
• Work with Business Analysts to translate product intent into coherent requirements and testable behaviours.
• Lead delivery initiatives and oversee the pod backlogs; manage risk and defects.
