Job summary

RBC is seeking a Director of Strategy and Product Management within Wealth Management Data & AI in Toronto. You will bridge business and technical teams, shaping AI strategies and translating them into end-to-end products that deliver measurable business value.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, define roadmaps, and ensure adoption across end-user workflows while maintaining a strong ROI focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's or MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in a top-tier technology company, financial services, fintech, or consulting firm with AI exposure.
• Proven experience as a Senior or above Product Manager shipping enterprise products with business impact.
• Track record of identifying high-impact business problems and delivering tech solutions.
• Strong background in AI technologies and translating business needs into product/technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact business problems where AI adds value and surface opportunities.
• Develop and communicate a clear strategy and roadmap for the AI portfolio.
• Assess ROI and impact across financial, operational, client experience, and risk dimensions.
• Prioritize initiatives and manage the portfolio to balance near-term wins with long-term bets.
• Govern and align stakeholders across the development lifecycle to ensure business value.
