Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager AI and Technology in Capital Markets and Treasury risk Management to lead the AI Talent Hub and drive strategy for talent, technology and knowledge sharing.

You will recruit and develop AI specialists, deploy multidisciplinary teams to pursue high-value opportunities, and collaborate with Technology, Risk, Privacy and Compliance teams to govern AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS/Engineering/Data science and significant relevant experience.
• Experience in creating and developing multidisciplinary teams and leading large-scale transformations.
• Solid knowledge of AI, agentic systems, automation, and modern software platforms.
• Experience in financial services, risk management or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the AI Talent Hub strategy and operating model.
• Recruit, develop and engage AI specialists across automation, data, product management and engineering.
• Deploy multidisciplinary teams to pursue high-value opportunities and prototype solutions.
• Guide platform and tooling development with technology teams.
• Support risk management leaders in building processes, roles and workforce needs.
• Design governance approaches for AI work in collaboration with multiple teams.
