Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

Supports planning, coordination, and execution of AI and automation initiatives across CPB COO and Operations.
Partners with stakeholders to translate priorities into MVP scope and delivery plans.
Defines use cases, assesses feasibility, and prioritizes opportunities based on benefits and effort.
Maintains initiative roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies; supports governance readiness.
Helps deliver backlogs, sprint planning, and readiness activities with Product Owners and delivery teams.
