Job summary

Elevation Capital seeks an Applied AI Marketing Engineer in Canada to design, build, and own an AI-powered marketing content engine end-to-end—from data pipeline through generation to performance measurement. This hands-on role requires production coding, working directly with data, and deep curiosity about AI.

You will design scalable content pipelines, create high volumes of AI-generated assets, and build automation across marketing channels while integrating with the company’s AI

Qualifications

• Master’s degree requirement in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML-driven product or data pipeline experience
• End-to-end ownership of an AI marketing content engine with a concrete example in application
• Strong Python and SQL skills (both required)
• Experience with LLM APIs and evaluating generated content
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own AI-powered content production across multiple marketing channels
• Design and implement scalable marketing automation workflows
• Build integrations between AI platforms, APIs, and marketing tech
• Produce high-quality creative assets for scalable automation
• Improve marketing efficiency through smart workflow design
• Collaborate with applied AI engineers to extend the AI platform
• Partner with growth marketing on paid automation
• Build repeatable content creation, testing, and reporting systems
• Maintain quality across all AI-generated marketing outputs
• Continuously improve workflows via experimentation and measurement
