Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd seeks a Territory Manager – Agriculture in Olds to grow our customer base and revenue for New and Used Wholegoods. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales targets, and manage a robust sales pipeline within your defined AOR.

Travel within the territory is required; bilingual English/French is an asset. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement in a multi-location company.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture equipment sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prospect and develop new accounts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
• Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline for opportunities.
• Promote and sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Understand product features and benefits to drive sales.
• Keep current on industry trends and competitors.
• Record sales activities and customer interactions accurately.
