Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd invites applications for a Territory Manager – Shortline at our Trochu Agriculture location. You will grow customer relationships, drive sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods, and identify new business opportunities within your area.

You will work with Brandt – Parts & Service to maximize cross-sell opportunities and report daily on activity. Travel within your defined AOR is required, and bilingual English/French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture equipment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial and energetic.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be available to travel; driver’s license and passport required.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by Brandt.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Apply feature/benefit knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends.
• Participate in industry events as required.
• Maintain accurate activity and quotation records.
• Submit lost sales reports weekly.
