Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for Lawn & Garden in Pincher Creek, AB. You will develop new accounts, grow revenue, and maintain strong customer relationships while promoting Brandt products and services.

You will travel within your area to qualify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and report activity to leadership. A background in agriculture equipment and sales, plus bilingual ability, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture equipment or related fields.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong ability to present, negotiate, and close sales.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop New account opportunities in the defined AOR.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by Brandt for Lawn & Garden products.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline for immediate and future opportunities.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods and rental options within the territory.
• Understand product features and value propositions to drive sales success.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and quotes.
• Submit weekly lost sales reports to management.
