The Brandt Group of Companies’ High River branch is seeking a Foreman to lead the Service Department for our John Deere Agriculture dealership. You will supervise technicians, review work orders, provide quotes, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a strong agricultural background, 3+ years as a service technician (Journeyman preferred), hands-on troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems, and the ability to coach others.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in service work for agricultural equipment or dealer environment.
• Journeyman certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills for hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assign service jobs to technicians based on skill and knowledge.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and progress; assist in repairs when needed.
• Act as primary contact for technicians to coordinate repairs and updates.
• Direct diagnosis of machine problems and guide apprentices in troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and conduct quarterly safety meetings with the team.
• Provide feedback and support to Service Manager on staff performance.
