Job summary

Brandt's High River branch seeks an experienced Foreman to lead the Service Department for John Deere Agriculture equipment. You will supervise technicians, review work orders, provide quotes, and ensure safety and quality in line with Service Optimization standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the service field.
• Journeyman certification preferred.
• Experience with John Deere Agriculture equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Service Department to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Provide quotes and estimates to customers and review work orders.
• Direct the closing of work orders and ensure payment collection as appropriate.
• Act as Service Manager in the manager's absence and coordinate technician training.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
