Brandt Group of Companies in Pincher Creek, Alberta is seeking a Shop Foreman for our John Deere Agriculture dealership. The role supervises the Service Department, provides quotes, reviews work orders, and supports technicians to ensure quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in service, Journeyman certification preferred, and knowledge of hydraulic/electrical systems. Forklift license is a plus; leadership and customer communication skills are essential.

Competenze

3+ years' experience as a Service Technician or similar role; Journeyman certification preferred.
Experience diagnosing hydraulic and electrical issues on agricultural equipment.
Familiarity with John Deere Agriculture products and competitive equipment.
Forklift license preferred.
Ability to lead and coach others.
Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

Assigns and supervises service jobs/work orders within the department.
Reviews repair orders for accuracy and progress; provides quotes/estimates as needed.
Acts as a point of contact for technicians and customer inquiries.
Directs diagnosis and repair of machinery; coordinates training and safety meetings.
Ensures tools and equipment are maintained and safe to use.
Supports Service Manager and handles customer communications and payments.
