Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Customer Service Representative I at our North Battleford location to support the Grain & Crop Inputs division. You will identify new business opportunities, foster relationships with producers, and source grain while promoting Crop Input sales.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in Ag related program or minimum two years’ experience in Ag retail business.
• Minimum 2 years experience working directly with agricultural producers, with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to execute strategic plans and maximize revenue potential.
• In-depth knowledge of regional crop production, along with hands-on experience delivering modern crop protection solutions.
• P. Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for new customers and new business development.
• Negotiate and secure profitable business agreements at the assigned location and P&H organization.
• Foster and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Procure grain from producers.
• Assist with operational and administrative duties as required.
• Collaborate with other business areas and departments as required.
