Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join the Crop Inputs team in North Battleford, SK. The role focuses on sourcing grain, promoting Crop Input sales, and strengthening customer relationships through high service standards.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary in agriculture or 2+ years with agricultural producers, with proven sales and customer service skills and a valid driver’s license for travel as required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary in Ag related program or minimum two years’ experience in Ag retail business.
• Minimum 2 years experience working directly with agricultural producers, with demonstrated progression in responsibility.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with a strong ability to execute strategic plans and maximize revenue potential.
• In‑depth knowledge of regional crop production, along with hands‑on experience delivering modern and effective crop protection solutions.
• P. Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.

Your Team

Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join our Crop Inputs team. This role is responsible for or identifying and developing new business opportunities for the location, while strengthening existing customer relationships through a high standard of customer service. The Customer Service Representative Iwill source grain as well as promote Crop Input sales from producers.

Day to Day
