Job summary

Arterra Wines Canada is seeking a Transportation and Shipping Office Coordinator for the Mississauga Distribution Centre. This contract, afternoon shift role supports daily shipping, inventory accuracy, and carrier relations to ensure on-time delivery and compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in logistics, strong communication, and computer skills including Excel. The role offers growth and CSR-aligned initiatives within Canada's largest wine company.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years in Transportation, Logistics, and Inventory Management preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation for daily shipments with carriers and ensure on-time delivery to customers in full.
• Complete daily shipping documents for all outbound loads.
• Maintain daily SOPs and assist with inventory control processes.
• Collaborate with Mississauga DC Supervisors on order processing for pick, pack and ship.
• Support CSR and Inside Sales on delivery issues and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain carrier reporting and escalation procedures.
• Act as main point of contact for carriers and internal teams.
