Job summary

NCS International is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate for an evening shift (12:30 pm - 9:00 pm) in Mississauga, Ontario. You will prepare, pack, and ship orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

You will handle packing slips, BOLs, courier shipments, and operate forklifts and pump trucks. This role requires teamwork, good math and communication in English and French, with opportunities for growth within a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong physical condition and good math skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and French.
• Forklift certification current.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Warehouse/RF experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders, pack goods and ship orders daily.
• Follow SOPs; verify against picking tickets.
• Create packing slips and BOLs from tickets.
• Shrink wrap outbound deliveries and process courier shipments.
• Operate pump trucks and forklifts safely.
• Perform daily equipment checks and assist customers at pick-up desk.
• Participate in cycle counting and keep areas clean.
