Vision Transportation, Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to coordinate inventory, receiving and dispatching stock while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with customers and freight companies.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with additional shift coverage from 7:00am - 4:00pm. The successful candidate will have experience with WMS, RF scanners, data entry and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with RF scanner-based processes.
• Accurate data entry and documentation of shipments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory organization including receiving, issuing and dispatching stock.
• Communicate with warehouse customers and freight companies for outbound shipments.
• Process receipts and maintain order records and documentation.
• Prepare shipping labels, BOL and related paperwork.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations with supervisor.
