Job summary

Finning Canada is seeking an Aftermarket Support Specialist to drive market share growth for Caterpillar wear parts. This role blends customer communication, sales and business development to lead by influence and ensure commercial success in the specialty Aftermarket space.

You will perform field undercarriage and GET measurements, build relationships, and collaborate with sales and product teams to grow GET and undercarriage sales within the territory, with a permanent full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Construction, Mining or Power Systems is an asset.
• Technical and/or parts experience (trade ticket) is an asset.
• 2+ years of related experience working with heavy equipment or related industries.
• Proven results in marketing or sales operations, with the ability to capture the attention of internal sales teams, external channel partners, and customers.
• Effective communication skills to instill customer confidence with product offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an asset.
• Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.

In this role you’ll blend customer communication, sales, and business development skills to lead by influence and ensure the commercial success of Caterpillar Wear parts. This is a specialty Aftermarket sales and support role responsible for introducing and selling new specialized services and Wear parts to existing accounts.
