Une société de conception bien établie recherche un administrateur de bureau pour gérer les services de bureau dans un environnement hybride. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme ou certificat d'un programme de 1 à 2 ans, avec 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en coordination administrative. Ce poste requiert une bonne organisation, des compétences interpersonnelles solides et une capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en respectant les délais.

Qualifications

Job description

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Tasks

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
