We’re looking for an organized, service-focused Administrative Assistant to join our Disability Management Services Office (DMSO) team at our Winnipeg Head Office on a 12-month contract.
In this role, you’ll provide important administrative and front-line support that helps our team deliver timely and effective service to employees and clients. You’ll respond to inquiries, process correspondence and invoices, maintain accurate information in our systems, and coordinate documents and records.
The base salary for this position is between $34,900 - $41,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
