With the continuous growth of our business, we are in need of an experienced and energetic individual who has the capability to assist and organize the company’s administrative tasks.

Job Type

· $34.50 per hour (paid bi-weekly)

Education

· Completion of secondary school is an asset.

Qualifications & Experience

At least 1 year of experience in the same trade is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Assist with the administrative procedures and work in different areas in the office environment for the supporting roles.
  2. Prepare and maintain work and purchase orders, inventory reports, memos, and documents by compiling data.
  3. Screen incoming emails, post, and forward them to appropriate contacts.
  4. Ensure that strong business acumen is employed.
  5. Assist in assembling data and preparing periodic reports.
  6. Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations.
  7. Schedule and confirm appointments.
  8. Communicate with subscribers and company personnel to determine work assignments.
  9. Encourage safe working conditions and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the office procedures.
