Job Type: Part-Time (with oppourtunity to increase to full-time dependent on work performance)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our medical legal assessment business in managing scheduling and medical file-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily scheduling tasks and management of our calendar
  • Managing our various email inboxes
  • Receiving and organizing medical files
  • Providing assistance directly to the CEO and/or COO with various office/administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or medical office management.
    • Experience in a healthcare or legal-related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to provide quick and efficient turnarounds to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using various software and systems (i.e. EMR systems, iCloud, Asana, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to maintain clear communication with clients and our internal team to keep everyone informed.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary education, including healthcare and/or legal-related certifications are preferred.
