Job Description

Reporting to: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Starting Salary: $55,000 - 62,000 per annum

Closing Date: May 20, 2025

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for client invoices and maintaining schedules of flight activity. You will act as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding their billings and be responsible for applying customer payments to their accounts and invoices.

In this role you will:

  • Generate and distribute flight invoices to customers. Ensure accuracy of invoices, including pricing, additional charges and adjustments, taxes, and flight details.
  • Utilize flight notes and client communication to accurately invoice flight activity.
  • Update client flight activity statements and distribute.
  • Work in and update multiple systems and tracking sheets.
  • Generate and distribute non-flight related invoices.
  • Record payments received via checks, bank transfers, credit cards, etc.
  • Post payments to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile payments against invoices to ensure proper allocation.
  • Support month-end closing by ensuring all accounts receivable transactions are recorded and deadlines are met.
  • Enter customer details, payment information, and transactions into the system.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account statuses.
  • Ensure a positive relationship with customers through efficient and professional communication.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High school diploma and two (2) years of Accounts Receivable experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Accounting system experience.
  • Experience working in multiple systems and working in multiple currencies and with multiple tax rates .
