Job description

· Preparation of invoices, receipting payments

· Inter-company AR, clearing account, sub-ledger reconciliations

· Designated accounts receivable tracking

· Preparation of AR related journal entries

· Follow up with customers including statement preparation and customer call outs

· Chargeback follow up and reconciling

· Update and maintain account information and utility customer databases

· Cross training with Accounts Payable and General Ledger, providing assistance as needed

· Perform cashout audits and record daily sales reports, online sales

· Review, process and record season pass refunds

· Process, reconcile and enter company credit card charges

· Creating, preparing and analyzing statistical reports

· Ongoing communication with resort accounting teams

· Miscellaneous filing and job-related duties as assigned

You:

· Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable dealing with customers

· Are enthusiastic and passionate about skiing and outdoor adventure

· Possess excellent time-management, organization, and multi-tasking skills

· Maintain the ability to work well under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines

· Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel

· Demonstrate a pleasant and professional demeanor

Required Experience:

· High school diploma with specialized courses in accounting or possess an accounting certificate

· 1-2 years experience in accounts receivable will be an asset

· Self-starter with the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment

· Knowledge of ACCPAC will be an asset

· Previous bookkeeping experience will be an asset
