Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in processing Accounts Payable transactions.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounting concepts.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable transactions.
• Check, complete, and enter invoices, requisitions, and credit memos.
• Match, group, and code vendor invoices.
• Reconcile various statements and accounts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding accounts.
