• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and on time.
• Enter and validate PO and non-PO invoices.
• Review, investigate and process electronic invoices.
• Sort and scan invoice documentation to meet deadlines.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly and month-end deadlines.
