Job summary

Perpetual Vegetable Co. in Abbotsford, BC is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to process invoices, reconcile vendor accounts, and support the accounting team with day-to-day financial administration.

You will collaborate with managers across departments to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments, maintaining audit-ready records and contributing to continuous improvement of AP processes in a fast-paced greenhouse operation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience in AP, bookkeeping, or related finance role.
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is asset.
• Experience with ERP software (Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and maintain payment records.
