ASUS is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist in Markham, Ontario, to oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments. The role supports month-end close, mentors junior staff, and drives process improvements within the AP function under GAAP and ASUS policies.

You will review invoices, manage vendor accounts, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure proper documentation and timely approvals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or technology company.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions and ERP systems.

Mansioni

• Review, verify, and process operating expense invoices, shipping and payment requests per policies.
• Oversee invoice uploads and data accuracy within Oracle ERP with correct GL coding.
• Review vendor contracts and rate matrices for billing accuracy and terms compliance.
• Prepare and post accruals and adjusting entries for month-end/year-end closing.
