Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable professional in the Greater Toronto Area to manage the full cycle AP process. The role requires accuracy in coding, matching, approvals, and timely payment processing, with a focus on high-volume workloads.

You will validate invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams. Priorities include month-end support, vendor record maintenance, and strict adherence to controls.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full cycle AP experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Experience handling high volumes of invoices.

Mansioni

• Process invoices through the full accounts payable cycle including receipt, coding, matching, approvals, and payment processing.
• Validate invoice details for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage high volumes of invoices and meet deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with internal departments.
• Prepare payment runs and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with month-end activities and account reconciliations.
• Adhere to internal controls and compliance requirements.
