Westmont Hospitality Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our A/P team in Mississauga. You will enter invoices into Fusion, verify approvals and coding, and ensure timely payments to vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma with up to one year of accounting duties, proficiency in Excel and Oracle, and an accuracy-focused mindset. Attention to detail and the ability to respond to auditors and colleagues is important.

Competenze

• High school graduate with up to one year of accounting-related office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle.
• Accurate data entry with fully documented and approved expenses.
• Ability to relate well with co-workers and supervisors.
• Strong customer service skills to resolve vendor issues.

Mansioni

• Enters invoices into Fusion and ensures proper authorization, appropriate coding, and timely processing of payment.
• Provides information to vendors regarding outstanding payments, and responds to inquiries from auditors, other departments, etc.
• Scans all paid invoices and files all original hardcopies of invoices.
• Distributes accounts payable mail to designated Accounts Payable staff on a weekly basis.
• Annually prepares files for off-site storage.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by A/P Supervisors.
