Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable and process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Review invoices for documentation, approvals, and general ledger coding.
• Complete three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving records, and vendor invoices.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and unmatched transactions.
• Prepare and process scheduled payment runs, including cheque runs, in accordance with internal controls.
• Maintain invoice, vendor, and payment information in SAP.
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized AP records and support month-end activities and audit requests.
