Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and timely from multiple terminals.
• Manage supplier relationships and account reconciliation.
• Support supplier and payment details management, including updates.
• Handle recovery bills and contra entries related to agents or interline payments.
• Assist in fuel card management and related reports.
• Provide general finance support and vacation relief.
• Collaborate with AP team to support others as needed.
