Responsibilities

• Set up open houses.
• Book appointments via telephone & online.
• Show the property and all its amenities.
• Maintain commission records.
• Conduct market comparisons and mystery shops.
• Conduct follow up calls.
• Perform credit checks.
• Inspect model units and market ready vacancy.
• Present features and benefits of the property.
• Complete all paperwork involved with rental applications.
