The role requires two years in sales, a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email; and a collaborative, proactive attitude. This hybrid role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
• Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to prospective residents and achieve high occupancy rates.
• Set up open houses and show the property and its amenities.
• Maintain commission records and conduct market comparisons and follow-up.
