Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up open houses
• Book appointments via telephone & online
• Show the property and all its amenities
• Maintain commission records
• Conduct market comparisons and mystery shops
• Conduct follow upcalls
• Perform credit checks
• Inspect model units and market ready vacant
• Present all features and benefits of the property
• Complete all paperwork involved with the rental application

Requirements

• Two (2) years of direct work experience in asales capacity
• Access to avehicle
• Valid Driver’s license
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e‑mail required
• Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
• Superior telephone manners and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
• Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills
