Job summary

CAPREIT Apartments is seeking a Leasing Specialist to act as a frontline liaison, delivering exceptional service and guiding potential residents through the leasing journey. You will monitor vacancies, coordinate onboarding, and uphold high standards of resident satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. A high school diploma is required, with SAP knowledge considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, sales, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding.
• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
• Collect payments, inspect properties, and coordinate moves and maintenance.
