Job summary

You’ll listen, problem-solve, and support move-ins/out while meeting vacancy targets and driving market insights. This role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and dependable transportation.

You will book viewings, prescreen applicants for rent, and collaborate on marketing strategies, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Ability to express enthusiasm in all situations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites.
• Availability to work full-time on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
• Booking appointments with prospective tenants and contacting wait list applicants for viewings.
• Completing prescreening of applicants for pre-approval to rent and delivering news regarding approved or declined status.
• Supporting the move-in and move-out process and day-to-day administrative activities.
• Delivering vacancy targets on assigned properties.
• Supporting business development in market research, marketing strategies and vacancy rates.
