Starlight Investments is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a six-month contract in Ontario. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to prospective residents and achieving high occupancy, with some travel within Canada.

Open houses, appointments, property tours, and rental paperwork are key responsibilities. The role requires two years of sales experience, access to a vehicle, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and e-mail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up open houses.
• Book appointments via telephone & online.
• Show the property and all its amenities; maintain commission records.
• Conduct market comparisons and mystery shops.
• Conduct follow up calls.
• Perform credit checks.
• Inspect model units and market-ready vacant units.
• Present all features and benefits of the property.
• Complete all paperwork involved with the rental application.
