Developmental Disabilities Association seeks a dedicated Community Support Worker to empower participants in Vancouver, BC. You will support daily living activities, assist with goal plans, and lead person-centered programs across on-site and community settings.
The role requires a degree/diploma in social services or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus clean background and medical clearance. Union membership and training opportunities are provided.

$26.83 - $29.76as per the collective agreement
(2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $28.46 to $31.57 will be implemented once funding is received)
Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification & Client personal care
