Developmental Disabilities Association in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Community Support Worker to deliver engaging, person-centered activities and support participants with daily living in a permanent full-time role.
You will collaborate with a care team to implement individualized plans, lead meaningful programs, and provide services across on-site, community and outreach settings. A driving license and safety training are preferred. Training is provided.

$26.83 - $29.76as per the collective agreement
(2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $28.46 to $31.57 will be implemented once funding is received)
Training is provided for: Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification & Client personal care
