Job summary

Near North District School Board invites applications for an LTO position commencing November 16, 2026 until December 18, 2026 or the early return of the teacher. The role covers Grade 9-10 Physical Education and Special Education instruction within our school community.

Applicants must hold a valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate and OCT Registration, with demonstrated experience in inclusive education, literacy and numeracy support, and effective collaboration with staff and students.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to plan and implement inclusive lessons.
• Utilize technology to document and evaluate student work.
• Support at-risk students through literacy and numeracy initiatives.
