VIDEO CONFERENCING ASSISTANT

Fall 2025 Semester

The First Nations University of Canada is seeking qualified Video Conferencing Assistants for the period from September 2, 2025, to December 22, 2025.

Duties and Qualifications :

  • Applicants must be located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and available to attend class in person.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and adhere to reporting requirements.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and operate video-conference equipment as needed.
  • Consult with instructors on academic or student-related matters.
  • Supervise students during exams and coursework.
  • Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
