Job summary
A leading garment company in Brazil is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to manage trim and fabric inventory. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and a fundamental understanding of garment construction. Responsibilities include maintaining records of transfers and managing inventory processes. The position offers a salary of up to $75,000 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

- Receive and log trim and fabric at subcontractor locations.
- Maintain accurate records of trim and piece goods transfers.
- Perform periodic inventory checks and assist with inventory processes.

- Maintain accurate records of trim and piece goods transfers at the assigned location
- Report shortages and discrepancies to management and coordinate fulfillment
- Administer trim to designated personnel at subcontractor locations and maintain records
- Perform periodic inventory checks and assist with annual or bi-annual inventory processes
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or higher
- Fundamental understanding of garment construction and ability to read a bill of materials (BOM)
- Basic counting and math skills
- Experience with spreadsheet programs, accounting software, and Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn proprietary software as required
- Experience in garment-specific trims and fabrics
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field
- Familiarity with accounting processes and inventory systems
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with teams
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed
