Overview

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer (Figma, Landing Pages, Email and Performance Ads)

Company: Jupiter

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred, East Coast)

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday 9-5 EST

Reports To: Shelby Newel, Director Of Brand

Pay: $1,600 to $2,500 USD per month

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design across all brand touchpoints—paid media, organic social, retail, website, print, and packaging. This role requires someone who understands that elevated design drives performance, and that every asset should reinforce Jupiter's visual identity and premium positioning.

Responsibilities
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Organic Social & Paid Media Asset Creation: Design on-brand assets for organic social, paid media, and performance channels that stop the scroll and drive conversion.
  • Video Editing: Edit short-form video for social and paid; create cutdowns, variations, and platform-native formats that feel premium and perform.
  • Website & Retailer Assets: Support website updates (homepage, PDPs, campaign modules) and retailer needs (Amazon, Target, Ulta, etc.) with assets that balance brand elevation and sales performance.
  • AI & Tool Utilization: Leverage design tools and AI to increase speed, efficiency, and creative quality while maintaining brand standards. We value smart systems over brute force.
  • Brand Consistency: Execute within Jupiter's visual identity across all consumer touchpoints—from sensory-driven product shots to confident, witty copy pairings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Brand, Social, Paid, and Retailer teams to deliver high-quality assets on time. You'll work directly with leadership and be trusted to own your work.
  • Optimization Mindset: Iterate based on performance feedback, creative testing, and platform best practices. Good design here means results you can measure.
Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Senior-level designer with strong taste, practical performance instincts, and a portfolio that proves it.
  • Proficient in Figma, comfortable with video editing tools, and fluent in the visual language of premium e-commerce brands.
  • Understanding of how design influences behavior; comfortable with CTR and composition.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage high-volume work without sacrificing quality.
  • Clear communication, initiative, and ability to take feedback and iterate.
  • Bonus: familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows, retail asset specs (Amazon A+ Content, Target style guides), and paid social performance metrics.

Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with working hours aligned to East Coast or Central Time. Compensation ranges from $1,600 to $2,500 USD per month depending on experience. Fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Latin America. Long-term position with room for growth as Jupiter scales.

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid test task to ensure alignment on quality, speed, and performance thinking.
